Founded by Ollie Coker in 1982, the club began as a junior club playing in its first season in the Surrey County Junior League.

After a very successful first year we decided to join the Senior League in which we began life in division 9. We made a rapid progress to division 1 which our men won for the first time of asking in 1989. Our Ladies team and the mixed team won a few titles on their way up to the top flight.
